There are two issues of "The Casual Chimes" - an 'Insider' issue, and a 'General' issue. The 'Insider' issue is sent to those people who own a copy of "How to Make and Tune Wind Chimes", and the 'General' issue goes to those who have shown an interest in Wind Chimes Tuning, and have requested the newsletter.
When a question, or an article that contains information directly related to the tuning
formula that is included in "How to Make and Tune Wind Chimes", comes to hand. This information will only be included in the 'Insider' issue. Other times, both issues will be identical and will be called the "Combined" issue.
